The Return Policy for WoodWick Candles is as follows:
If a WoodWick Candle is not burning properly, or there is another issue with the quality of the candle, there are two options:
- If the candle was NOT purchased from the website, call 800-243-1776 to contact Newell Brands, the company that owns WoodWick Candles.
- If the candle WAS purchased from the website and if the candle is less than 25% burned through, follow the procedures under "Online Purchases" to return the candle, enclosing a note to describe what the candle is doing (or not doing). A new candle of the same type will be sent if it is in stock. If the candle is not in stock, another candle of choice will be sent. This option is ONLY for customers who ordered from the website and return their gift receipt with the candle.
For IN-STORE PURCHASES, refer to the receipt for the Return Policy. For items returned without a receipt, a Store Credit or Gift Card will be issued.
For ONLINE PURCHASES, any items purchased may be returned when accompanied by the original receipt. If the items are received in like-new condition, a credit will be issued for the price of the item (less any discount). Halloween and Christmas items are not returnable. For items returned (at your shipping expense) without a receipt, a replacement item or items can be sent.
